Refund policy

Important Notes Regarding Returns and Exchanges:

  • Shipping During Holidays: Please expect your purchases to be shipped within 5-7 business days from the order date during holiday seasons.

  • Return Policy Overview:

    • Domestic eligible items: Exchange or store credit ONLY.
    • International eligible items: Store credit ONLY, no exchange available.
    • No returns or exchanges on books and KWWK Merchandise, no exceptions.
  • Timeframe: Our return policy spans 30 days and applies to both domestic and international orders. If 30 days have elapsed since receiving your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer an exchange.

  • Eligibility Criteria for Store Credit: To qualify for store credit, your item must remain unused and in the original condition with all attached tags and packaging intact. This entails the item being unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains or odors.

  • Store Credit Issuance: Upon approval of your returned items, a store credit code will be issued to the email address associated with the returns order number within 5-7 business days. Please note that store credit codes expire 3 years from the date of issuance.

  • Refund Process: Items purchased with store credit become final sale, unless an error occurs on our end. Refunds are applicable only if the store credit exceeds the total order amount, requiring additional payment at checkout.

  • Supplemental Policy: This Returns Policy serves as a supplement to our Terms and Conditions and does not replace it.

  • Return Request Process: Please submit a return request to customer service within 2 days of receiving your order. Include the reason for return and attach photos for verification.

  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Courses: Non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
    • Books: No returns or exchanges.
    • Merchandise (shirts, mugs): Limited availability, no exchanges or refunds.
  • Refunds and Exchanges:

    • Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your store credit.
    • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Defective items must be returned within 2 days of receipt.
  • Exchange/Return Due to Size Issue: If you meet the requirements for an exchange, reach out to customer service. Send the item back to the address on the package, including a note on the packing slip indicating the required size.

  • Processing Time: Allow 3-5 business days for processing returns into the system. Once processed, we will ship out the exchanged item and provide you with the tracking number.

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for store credit refunds. Sale items, KWWK Merch, and books are non-refundable.
